We are looking for five new Foundation Governors!  

The school's Governing Body has a strategic overview of the school, decides upon the vision and ethose, employs the staff, co-ordinates pupil admissions, runs the school budget, decides upon the curriculum (what the children are taught, when and why) and holds staff accountable for pupil outcomes.  Foundation Governors also focus on the 'church school' element of the school's ethos, and it is preferred that they are in sympathy with the Christian nature of the school.

If you have an interest in education and how schools run, think you can spare two or three evenings per term and time to look over paperwork, visit the school at least once a year and support its staff and pupils this might be the role for you!  It is a great way to give back to your local community and our school needs you!

We currently have the following vacancy:-

1:1 Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant - WESTON TURVILLE CE SCHOOL

Required as soon as possible, a Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child with special needs for up to 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only, paid on the Bucks Pay Range 1  (£8.31 per hour - £9.49 per hour) depending on experience.
