We currently have the following vacancies:-

1:1 Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

Required as soon as possible, a Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child with special needs for up to 20 hours per week (days and times flexible), term time only, paid on Bucks Pay Range 1 (£8.31 per hour - £9.49 per hour) depending on experience.

Our new Teaching Assistant needs to be approachable with excellent communication skills, a flexible team player and confident to work with young children under the guidance of the teacher, sometimes unsupervised. Previous experience of working with children with special needs would be an advantage.  For more information please see the job description.

This is a rewarding role that involves working alongside a teacher to enable children with special educational needs to access the curriculum and thrive in their learning and personal development.

Foundation Governors

We are looking for five new Foundation Governors!  

The school's Governing Body has a strategic overview of the school, decides upon the vision and ethos, employs the staff, co-ordinates pupil admissions, runs the school budget, decides upon the curriculum (what the children are taught, when and why) and holds staff accountable for pupil outcomes.  Foundation Governors also focus on the 'church school' element of the school's ethos, and it is preferred that they are in sympathy with the Christian nature of the school.

If you have an interest in education and how schools run, think you can spare two or three evenings per term and time to look over paperwork, visit the school at least once a year and support its staff and pupils this might be the role for you!  It is a great way to give back to your local community and our school needs you!
