We have three equality objectives:
- Minority groups are fully integrated into the school and say they do not feel discriminated against.
- Racist incidents remain at minimal or zero by the end of Summer 2020.
- Everyone is clear about the school’s Christian values and ethos of equal opportunity.
We consult with our staff, pupils, governors and parents about equality every two years.
There is no gender pay gap in the school.
